- 1 to 4 p.m.
Rhubarb Sampling
- Enjoy a selection of Rhubarb recipes prepared by the Montain View High School Culinary Program.
Coloring Contest
- Kids 12 and under are eligible to enter our contest. Print out our coloring sheet in kid fun or pick one up at the stand. Bring it back on May 7, 2011 before 4 p.m. to enter into the coloring contest. The best colored sheet, judged by the staff, will win a prize.
Remember To Shop
- Mother's Day is Sunday, shop for Mom. We have a huge selection of hanging flower baskets, gourmet food baskets, and gift items that would show Mom how much you care.
Buy a Raffle Ticket
- Support the Mosby Farmstand team at the Auburn Relay for Life on May 14, 2010. We are raffling off a single share from our Veggie Club, valued at $375.00. Drawing held on May 14, 2010 at Relay for Life, and you don't have to be present to win.

Enter Our Coloring Contest
- Print out the coloring sheet and show us your coloring best! Bring it back to the farmstand on May 7, 2011 to enter the contest. Entries will be displayed and voted on by the farmstand staff. The winner will get a great prize from the farmstand.
Fun Facts About Rhubarb
Only the stalks are edible, throw away the leaves they are poisonous.
Rhubarb is a vegetable, botanically, even though in 1947 it was classified as a fruit.
Rhubarb's nickname is the "pie plant" because that is the primary use for this vegetable.
Spring stalks of rhubarb are the juiciest and most-tender.
The best way to harvest rhubarb is by pulling the stocks out of the ground and pulled stalks dry out less rapidly.
The redder stocks of rhubarb have a sweeter taste.
